How it started
NOVAS GROUP is a company focused on the professional management and development of tourist accommodation in Crikvenica and on the Kvarner coast.
Our approach rests on presenting the property well, organising the rental efficiently, looking after guests and managing the accommodation day to day, for a good experience for guests and long-term value for owners.
The same logic holds for managing other people’s properties. We only do what we would do on our own, and only within the radius where we can be there the same day.

How we work
Check-in is self-service: the key waits in a lockbox, and we send the instructions and the code before you arrive. Before that we also send what people ask anyway, where the food is good, which beach suits whom and where to park.
If something stops working, tell us and we fix it. We do not open a ticket and we do not send you to a form.
We handle communication with guests and partners directly in Croatian, English, German and Hungarian. We answer enquiries usually the same day.
