House rules

These apply to both properties. None of it is here to spoil your stay. All of it is here so that it does not spoil someone else’s.

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in: from 15:00
• Check-out: by 10:00
• Check-in is self-service: the key waits in a lockbox, and we send the instructions and the code before you arrive

Smoking

• Smoking is not permitted indoors
• Smoking is permitted outdoors only
• Please put cigarette ends in an ashtray

Parties and events

• Parties, celebrations, events and larger gatherings are not permitted
• The property may only be used by the number of guests agreed

Quiet and noise

• Please respect the neighbours’ peace and privacy
• Quiet hours: 22:00 to 08:00
• Loud music and noise that disturbs the neighbours are not permitted

Pool: Villa MM

• Use at your own risk
• No jumping or diving
• No running, pushing or shoving around the pool
• Children and non-swimmers must be supervised by an adult
• Showering before entering is recommended
• No glass in the pool area
• Keep food and drink away from the pool
• Please leave the area tidy after use

Sauna: both properties

• Use at your own risk
• Children only under adult supervision
• Showering before use is recommended
• No glass
• Use under the influence of alcohol is not permitted
• Please leave the sauna tidy and switch it off as instructed

Anything else

• Please treat the furniture, equipment and appliances with care
• Report faults or damage as soon as you can
• The property and its facilities are for registered guests
• On departure, close the windows and doors and switch off the air conditioning, the lights and the appliances
